Alabama Legacy Luncheon

The Alabama Legacy Luncheon:

A Conversation on Advancing Justice and Equality with Renowned Civil Rights Attorney Fred Gray

Thank you for your interest — the Alabama Legacy Luncheon is officially sold out, and registration is currently closed. For any questions or assistance, please contact laura@fredgrayinstitute.org.

Join us for an inspiring luncheon honoring one of the most influential voices in the American civil rights movement — Attorney Fred D. Gray.

This special two-hour event will include a beautifully prepared luncheon followed by a one-hour program featuring Mr. Gray. The program will include remarks and a moderated conversation, offering guests a rare opportunity to hear directly from the man who represented Rosa Parks, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and so many others who helped transform the nation.

In an intimate and reflective setting, attendees will gain first-hand insight into the principles, stories, and strategies that shaped Fred Gray’s lifelong pursuit of justice — from dismantling segregation in Montgomery’s buses and Alabama’s schools to fighting for accountability in the Tuskegee Syphilis Study.

Grounded in history and driven by purpose, The Alabama Legacy Luncheon celebrates Fred Gray’s extraordinary courage and enduring impact. It is more than a tribute — it is a call to continue the work of justice, equity, and community building that defines his legacy.
